1. General Information

Welcome to Piece & Quiet. These terms govern your experience in our jigsaw puzzle café, the use of our puzzle library, retail purchases, and participation in our events and groups. By visiting our premises or using our services, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

2. The Puzzle Library

Our puzzle library is designed to be shared and enjoyed by the community. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

  • Library access requires an active membership or a valid daily pass.
  • Please handle all pieces with care and avoid keeping food or beverages directly on the puzzle sorting trays.
  • If you discover a missing piece, please notify our staff so we can label the box appropriately.
  • Intentional damage or failure to return borrowed items may result in a replacement fee.

3. Retail Shop Purchases

We take pride in our curated selection of retail puzzles. For items purchased from our shop:

  • Unopened puzzles in their original factory seal may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • Opened retail puzzles cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

4. Café Space and Events

Piece & Quiet is a shared environment meant to be comfortable and welcoming. When visiting the café or attending puzzle nights and tournaments:

  • Please respect the concentration and personal space of other guests.
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted, except for private hire events with prior written agreement.
  • Tickets for tournaments or special events are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event start time.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify our opening hours, menu offerings, puzzle library inventory, and event schedules without prior notice. Any significant changes to our borrowing terms or return policies will be posted clearly within the space and updated in this document.
